Can I visit the farm?

Absolutely! We just ask that you make an appointment first. Please email, text, or reach us via fb or Instagram. Generally, many people have enjoyed coming to the farm to choose what they need. We have also put together orders for customers around British Columbia. These folks either have delivery sorted out, or we can deliver (for a fair cost).
Do you sell dried willow for weaving baskets?

Yes, we do! If you are on Salt Spring Island, please make an appointment to visit the farm to select your willow. If you are not on the island, we’d be happy to put together your order. We deliver (for a fair cost).
Can I buy soaked willow?

We do not sell soaked willow at this time. We sell green, semi-green, dried willow and cuttings.
Absolutely! Just contact us and we’ll set this up with you.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Do you sell dried willow for weaving fences, panels, garden beds, and making coffins?

Yes, we do. We have a huge selection of 7’+ rods.
Can I cut my own willow from your willow patch? If yes, what should I bring? Do I need to bring tools?

We recommend you purchase already-dried willow from the barn (for basketry projects, etc). If you need fresh willow (for some fencing and furniture projects), you are welcome to cut your own, after a brief orientation. (Thank you!) Please bring a pair of sharp secateurs (if you have them). If not, we have a few to loan out. (Note: we sterilize all tools before use.)
Willow is cut from November - February.

When do you harvest?

We sell cuttings (about 12” in length, in bundles of 10).
Do you ship within Canada?

We ship our 12” cuttings via Canada Post. Box dimensions are 14” x 10.25” x 4.75” with maximum weight 5 kg (11 lb). Delivery cost is $26 + $50 handling fee.
Do you offer workshops?

Currently, we do not offer workshops but are happy to introduce you to expert basket weavers who do.
Do you have a retail store?

We have a farm stand that is open 7 days a week with a variety of seasonal bouquets and cuttings. We also sell willow out of barn, by appointment.
